Dating from the glamorous post-war era, when cocktail parties and home entertaining were increasingly fashionable, this handsome shaker has a beautifully understated design that works equally well in a traditional or contemporary setting.
The polished silver-plated body bears an engraved monogram to the front, adding character and a lovely sense of provenance. Signs of previous use and gentle surface wear give the piece an appealing, authentic vintage patina.
